What is a Flexbus line?
A line with fixed stops that only runs when someone has booked it, or a flexible zone where the vehicle picks passengers up where they are. Passengers book a seat in the app and the vehicle runs the trips that are booked.
Can dial-a-ride and on-demand lines run in the same operation?
Yes. Dial-a-ride trips, Flexbus lines, school runs and shuttles share the same dispatch, vehicles and drivers, so you can use your fleet where it is needed.
Can passengers book through another app?
Yes. The API lets journey planners and MaaS platforms book, change and cancel trips, and webhooks tell them as each trip moves along.
